Module codes of AED404 / AED416 Devices and the Corresponding Digital I/O Channel Numbers

Digital I/O Channel Numbering Rules:

1. The Digital I/O channel numbering system is based on module codes. In a synchronized multichannel AE diagnostic system formed from AED404 and/or AED416 devices, all Digital I/O channels have different channel number.
2. All AED416 devices have 8 Digital I/O channels. For any of these devices the starting Digital I/O channel number is: (Module_Code_AED416 – 1)*16 + 1.
3. All AED404 devices have 3 Digital I/O channels. For any of these devices the starting Digital I/O channel number is: (Module_Code_AED404 – 1)*4 + 1.
