The LF Parameter channel numbering system is based on module codes. In a synchronized multichannel AE diagnostic system formed from EMA-4/4 and/or EMA-4/16 devices, all LF Parameter channels have different channel number.
All EMA-4/16 devices have 8 LF Parameter channels. For any of these devices the starting LF Parameter channel number is: (Module_CodeEMA-4/16 – 1)*16 + 1.
At any EMA-4/16 device the lower five LF Parameter channels are inputs for external analogue signals. The higher three LF Parameter channels are fixed for the (a) Input Power Supply Voltage, (b) Internal Temperature, (c) Internal Relative Humidity measurement.
All EMA-4/4 devices have 4 LF Parameter channels. For any of these devices the starting LF Parameter channel number is: (Module_CodeEMA-4/4 – 1)*4 + 1.
At any EMA-4/4 device only the first LF Parameter channel is input for an external analogue signal. The higher three LF Parameter channels are fixed for the (a) Input Power Supply Voltage, (b) Internal Temperature, (c) Internal Relative Humidity measurement.
